Jake is an adaptive golf champion and gained notoriety as the first fully blind Division-1 College Football Student-Athlete at the University of Southern California.Though blind from a rare form of cancer, Jake hasn’t backed down from reaching his full potential as a football player, surfer, golfer, and all-around athlete – he even started his charity Out of Sight Faith, which focuses on providing technology to blind schoolchildren.
