App Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the rituo brands mobile application, previously known as the PREGAME App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. License to Use
rituo brands grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the App for personal, non commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any portion of the App.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information if creating an account
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not misuse, disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Not upload or transmit harmful code or malicious content
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of the App.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including text, graphics, audio content such as Rituo-15 Radio, videos, trademarks, logos, and software, is the property of rituo brands or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. Health and Performance Disclaimer
The App may include performance related content, warmup notifications, workout videos, coaching insights, and restoration guidance. This content is provided for informational and general performance purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or performance routine.
Use of the App and any associated products is at your own risk.
6. Termination
rituo brands may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform or other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, rituo brands is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to the App or Terms
rituo brands may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
